Why Kefir Is Your Best Friend When Traveling Abroad

Vegan-friendly: Kefir can be made with any milk you can imagine: cow milk, coconut milk, soy, rice… can you think of more?

Good for your digestive system: Thanks to all the different beneficial bacteria it has, your digestive system is clean and healthy. Plus, it can also help the good bacteria we already have in our bodies to keep working.
