Healthy snacks
Making healthy snacks from her organic vegetable garden is one of her favorite things to do. “I make kale and spinach chips that the kids love,” she says. “I just drizzle them with olive oil, salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon, then cook them over low heat for 15 minutes or so.” Another snack she likes to munch on is almonds, which are heart healthy.

Squeeze lemon on everything
The actress loves to add lemon on everything. She squeezes some lemon or lime onto her salads instead of using heavy dressing which has tons of calories.
These tips are great and it’s a great way to cut calories. Remember that drinks also have tons of calories, so the more water you drink the better. Also, don’t forget that a daily workout helps tone and keep your body strong.
