Michelle Levin aka La Cuerpa teaches you to love your body and look great naked! The Venezuelan fitness guru didn’t always look this good. She had a difficult upbringing and recalls how during her teens she only weighed 85 pounds because she couldn’t afford to eat. Levin used to hide her slim figure in baggy clothes and was even borderline anorexic. Levin dreamed of becoming a model and many laughed at her, but then turned to fitness and accomplished her dream as a model. Now she’s incredibly popular on Instagram encouraging others to follow their dreams and to train with her.

Massy “Mankofit” Arias is a Dominican personal-trainer that was not always as confident and as fit as she is today. Arias got into fitness as a way to cope with severe depression. Before getting into fitness she was a victim of domestic violence, had a brother battling cancer and a genetic predisposition which was too much too handle. She shared a photo of her toned stomach on Instagram and that shot her to stardom. Arias began doing her research, since she didn’t have a background in physical training and this completely changed her state of mind. It not only helped improve her physical health, but also her mental health. She’s now a certified trainer and is helping people online with her 30-day fat loss challenge.
