Having Trouble Falling Asleep? Try A White Noise Machine

We tried out the World’s Smallest White Noise Machine by Sound Oasis, which is a compact and travel-friendly sleep therapy system. There are many different types of white noise machines, but this one is great if you share a bed with someone else or have trouble sleeping during a long flight. All you have to do is put on your headphones and connect them to the mini white noise machine. You can clip it onto your pajamas or shirt pocket so it won’t get lost in the sheets or disrupt your loved one. It comes with 10 different tones of white noise, so you can pick the one that works best for you.

This small, yet powerful white noise machine works fast. Unlike other sound machines that are often used to put you to sleep, this one helps shut your brain off and concentrate on what’s important, which is your sleep. The best part is that it is rechargeable, so you don’t have to worry about changing the batteries.

So, next time you can’t sleep at night, don’t waste sleeping hours counting sheep to fall asleep and go ahead and invest in a noise machine. Your body, mental health, and mood will thank you when you get a good night’s sleep.
