Massy Arias Is Back In Shape Less Than 10 Days After Giving Birth!

Massy Arias has a beautiful friendship with fitness. After years of battling domestic violence and even mental health, she turned to fitness, which completely changed her state of mind. Her commitment to working out and sharing her personal progress not only motivated her to become a certified trainer but by sharing exercise tips and bits and pieces of her personal life, it made people fall in love with her because there are many that can relate. Recently, she gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, and just nine days later she’s recovered her figure.

This isn’t the first time that a fitness trainer shows her amazing recovery in such a short period of time, but it’s definitely something to think about because working out throughout your pregnancy can not only help when you are delivering your child, but it also helps your body bounce back faster.

“This post isn’t intended to set any expectations or to be negative. We all have different journeys,” she wrote in her caption. Arias explains that she ate well while pregnant, which included eating the right mix of protein, carbs, and fats, while depriving herself from absolutely nothing. “It’s amazing what you can do when you know specifically what to eat,” she says.

It’s a known fact that fit moms bounce back faster and there’s no tricks that they do other than eating healthy and committing to their workout. On average, fit moms benefit from having a smaller baby bump, they gain less weight, they’re in a better mood, lower their chances of having gestational diabetes, they have a shorter labor and of course get back in shape faster. So, if you’re thinking of getting pregnant or are currently pregnant, make sure you stay fit throughout the pregnancy because it will make your life much easier.
