One of the biggest problems couples face in the bedroom is snoring. There’s nothing worse than sleeping next to someone whose snoring keeps you up all night! A recent study found that when women have trouble falling asleep at night, they’re more likely to report fewer positive interactions with their loved ones the next day, which explains why we’re moody when we don’t get a good night’s sleep.
There are many devices that you can get that will help your loved one ease up on the snoring, but before you go out and spend hundreds of dollars, we’ve got a couple tricks up our sleeves. Here are a few tips on how to get a better night’s sleep without having to kick your hubby out of the bedroom.
Go to bed early
This may be a difficult one, especially if you have children, but talk to your husband about his snoring and go to bed early. Snoring can prevent you from going to sleep and even wake you up in the middle of the night, but if you get a head’s start, it might be more difficult to wake you when you’re deep in your rem sleep.
