Are Morning Workouts Better?

One of the most difficult things is finding the right time to exercise. Many would agree that they lead a busy lifestyle and can’t fit a workout in, but what if you were to tackle working out as part of your busy schedule? You already schedule all of your meetings, so why not schedule in a workout. Busy moms can agree, that getting up early in the morning before the kids are up is the only way to get their workout. Demi Lovato is only 24, but she’s already adapted this early morning routine, which actually has tons of benefits.

“I normally wake up around 8 a.m. I have a cup of coffee, and then I go to the gym. I like to do two workouts. The first one will be boxing for an hour or maybe kickboxing or jiu jitsu, and then I’ll strengthen and condition by lifting weights for an hour,” she says to Cut. Even when she’s on tour, she makes sure she prioritizes health and wellness. “I implement health and wellness on tour by making sure that I work out daily, that I talk to the people around me, and make sure that I stay in therapy and do the things that I need to make sure that I live a happy and healthy life,” she said. Lovato has been looking better than ever these days and perhaps working out in the morning is making a big difference in her life.
