Demi Lovato Spends 4 Hours At The Gym 6x A Week!

Many of us struggle with going to the gym or working out 3 days a week and then there are people like Demi Lovato who spend four hours a day, 6 times a week at the gym! Now that’s commitment, but what does she do during that time?

People had the opportunity to speak to her trainer, Jay Glazer from the L.A. Unbreakable Performance Center where she’s been training for the past 9 months and by the looks of it, her hard work is paying off. “This is her safe haven,” says Glazer. “Demi will be here for four hours a day. It’s her one place where she doesn’t have to be a pop star. She’s talked a lot about her addictions, and this has become her healthy addiction.”

Lovato’s workout starts with an hour and half of mixed martial arts and depending on the day of the week, she’ll do boxing Muay Thai, ground fighting and or Brazilian jujitsu, says Glazer. Then she’ll do some sort of recovery or performance workout, which focuses on full-body toning.
