You can start out your day eating a plate of papaya on its own or you can add a little bit of salt and lemon to give it more flavor. You can also try using it as a detox in the form of a smoothie, since some people do not like the smells of papaya. Don’t forget about the seeds! The seeds can be eaten raw or crushed and used with other foods, such as salads. It doesn’t matter how you’re eating this nutritious fruit, just make sure you add it to your grocery list the next time you’re at the supermarket.
