Parecería que la diferencia entre los alimentos “procesados” y “ultra procesados” es solo cuestión de lingüística, o tema mejor explorado por maestros hambrientos de idiomas. Pero, a beneficio de la salud, resulta materia importante que sería bueno entender.

Eso se debe a que algunos de esos alimentos son perfectamente buenos, mientras que otros tienen la capacidad de hacerle daño.
