Try HIIT, high intensity interval training, to burn more fat than traditional
cardiovascular exercise and keeps your metabolism elevated for more than 24 hours afterward;
meaning you will keep burning calories after you have finished exercising.
Here’s a simple 15 minute HIIT routine you can do on the treadmill:
1 minute jog keeping your speed between 5.0-6.0 mph
1 minute run between 6.0-8.0 mph
30 second sprint at or above 8.0+ mph
30 second walk at 3.5 mph
Repeat 5 times and unleash your inner speed demon!
