Carolina Sandoval Is The Queen Of “La Faja”

Carolina Sandoval gave birth to her daughter Amalia Victoria just a couple of months and since then she’s made it a mission to recover her figure. The Suelta la Sopa presenter has been posting some videos on Instagram about her struggle with “la faja” something that most women can relate to at one point or another.

“My beautiful friends, feel happy with your bodies, and give thanks for the legs that god gave you and that they walk, be thankful that you have arms, and let’s stop complaining about the bodies we have and let’s be less hard on ourselves, we’re unrepeatable and unique” she says. She even encourages getting help wearing the faja, posting a video with her husband fastening her in.
