3 Spicy Salsa Recipes With A Tropical Kick

Showing off your BBQ skills is at the top of the list for many because you want your guests to enjoy the delicious food you cook.  You want to impress your guests with the food and great flavor is key. When it comes to great flavor the Latino community loves a little heat to complement our food. You know your guests enjoy pico de gallo, guacamole, and salsa. The salsa can really give your carne asada and grilled chicken tacos an extra kick of flavor and when you use fruits in your salsa, it not only screams tropical, but the flavor is amazing. Check out these amazing fruit spicy salsas that would be a great addition to your cookouts.

Mango Salsa

This recipe is the traditional recipe that you see paired with shrimp or fish tacos. It’s sweet and spicy, so delicious!

 

3 ripe mangos, dicedmango salsa

1 medium red bell pepper, chopped.

½ cup chopped red onion.

¼ cup packed fresh cilantro leaves, chopped.

1 jalapeño, seeded and minced.

1 large lime, juiced (about ¼ cup lime juice)

⅛ to ¼ teaspoon salt, to taste
