Britney Spears has a revolutionary method that involves consuming only 1,200 calories daily by banning everything containing sugar, including fruits and juices. In short, her diet has reduced to eating avocados, salmon, chicken, and rice. She has a restrictive diet that accompanies every morning with a large glass of fresh egg yolks.

Rihanna follows a balanced diet and claims she is not looking to lose weight. The singer favors carrots, salad, cucumber, and eggs at each meal, and drinks plenty of water throughout the day. If she does not hesitate to indulge when she has the opportunity, Rihanna puts all her energy into her concerts and can lose up to 2,000 calories.

Elizabeth Taylor was considered the most beautiful woman in the world in the 1960s. When she weighed almost 250 pounds, she pulled the emergency brake. In Taylor’s diet guide, “Elizabeth Takes Off,” published in 1987, the actress propagates a peculiar program: in the morning, a slice of toast with a piece of fruit; at noon, fish fillet with lime juice, in the afternoon raw vegetables with a sauce of sour cream and cheese, in the evening peanut butter.

“Liz” said you could lose weight with your mind, and suggested each person place a particularly “fat” picture of themselves on their refrigerator door. And that, she claimed, was so scary that people wouldn’t eat.

The “Hollywood Diet,” known as the “Fruit Diet,” involves eating fruit due to its “fat-burning” effects. From breakfast to dinner, pineapple, papaya, and watermelon are the fruits of the Hollywood Diet. These fruits contain an enzyme that facilitates protein digestion and burns fat. Bananas are forbidden.

The second stage lasts three weeks, with foods like bread, potatoes, and vegetables, and foods with proteins and essential fatty acids. Fruits remain the leading food. Third phase: in the last two weeks of the Hollywood Diet, it is possible to eat classic food daily, such as meat, fish, and seafood, but fruits remain the priority.

Despite the popularity of dieting, many Hollywood stars struggle with body image issues and eating disorders. Some have even admitted extreme dieting to maintain their slim figures, raising fears for their health and well-being.
