Celebrity Diets That Actually Work!

We see celebrities in photos and on video with their slender figures that never get old in Hollywood, where diets always stay in style. For example, the Atkins diet is among the many recommendations of beautiful and slim stars.

Jennifer Aniston enjoys the low-carb diet, combined with yoga and exercise. Her super slim figure encourages millions of other women to follow the same diet in the hope of losing weight.

Catherine Zeta-Jones was the envy of millions when she lost weight after giving birth to her first child with Michael Douglas. Catherine says she eats a low-carb diet.

Geri Halliwell, the former member of the British Spice Girls, is a curvy redhead who tends to put on weight. However, with a lot of yoga, water, and also a low-carb diet, Geri looks very slim today.

✅ Remember that carbs do not make you fat; calories do, so the most effective weight loss plan is simply adjusting your calorie intake.

Gwyneth Paltrow advocates a grain-free and organic diet, and suggests no eating fish for a week or more. Instead, she eats flax seeds, almonds, kale, and lentils. Alternatively, she would prefer to drink a glass of water with lemon and a beet smoothie.

The daily menu of Charlize Theron includes proteins (meat, fish, eggs), fruits, and vegetables. The actress wants to keep forbidden foods, such as cakes, burgers, and pizzas, but eats them in small portions. Charlize’s other technique is to divide her day into six small meals, not three classic ones.

Julia Roberts follows the GI (Glycemic Index) diet of Canadian dietician Rick Galop. This diet focuses on determining the glycemic index of foods. Avoid foods with high GI (bread, pasta, rice, nuts) and consume in moderation foods with medium GI (fruits, whole grains). Low GI (seeds, whole grains, chickpeas, fresh cheese, dark chocolate), eat with proteins, vegetables, and starches.
