According to The Sun, Adele says she was drinking lots of tea, with lots of sugar. “I would drink 10 cups of tea with two sugars each, which means I was drinking 20 servings of sugar a day. Now I don’t drink it and I have more energy than ever,” said Adele.
In addition, she left other bad habits, like alcohol and tobacco, which led her to a healthier lifestyle and visiting the gym more often. The singer says she doesn’t enjoy going to the gym, even though she likes lifting weights. “My blood vessels from my face burst very easily, which is why I have to be very careful when I lift weights,” she said to Rolling Stone.
