The Rainbow Move That Adriana Lima Does For A Perky Butt

Adriana Lima is hosting the American Beauty Star show on Lifetime, a show where 12 celebrity stylists and salon professionals compete on a series of beauty challenges. She is the definition of beauty, which is why the Brazilian beauty is always seen trying new workouts and leading a healthy lifestyle.

The mother of two does not play, she is seen doing some butt and leg exercises that Dogpound co-founder Kirk Myers posted on Instagram.

The name of the exercise she is seen doing is called the rainbow, which is a great way to work your butt from various angles as you can see in the video. Yet, having a great butt takes a lot of hard work and dedication. Rainbows work all of your three gluteus muscles: the gluteus medius, maximus, and minimums. In addition, it helps with your posture, as well as stability, and even works your abs.

How to do a rainbow?

Start in a tabletop position, make sure your shoulders are stacked over your wrists and your hips are stacked over your knees. Keep your core tight, your shoulders down your back, and your gaze on the floor. Extend one leg behind you and move it as far out to the side as you can. Engage the glutes as you’re doing this and point your toes and lift the leg up over and over to the opposite side in an arch motion, explains Dunlop. Do 15 reps on each side for three sets. Once you’ve nailed the move, you can do it on a box like Lima, which gives you a greater range of motion, makes you more flexible and stronger.
