Resisting temptation while improving your family’s health
Going on a diet is not easy, but when you’re the only one doing it, it’s even worse. Opening the fridge can be a difficult thing to do, especially when you see other yummy food that your family or roommates are eating, but you can’t have any! What can you do? What diet strategies could you do to make things easier on yourself?
Talk to your family about your goals and ask for their support so that their habits don’t trigger the urge to eat for you. Make it a rule that all snacks are to be eaten in the kitchen — no more munching mindlessly throughout the house. Be sure you have a healthy snack to eat when they have theirs.
