Coma Legumbres Para Sentirse Más Lleno

Ahora, algo sugiere que se puede consumir una comida rica en fibra, con menos proteína, y lograr la misma sensación de saciedad”, dijo Raben, profesora del Departamento de Nutrición, Ejercicio y Deportes.

“Aunque se necesitan más estudios para obtener pruebas definitivas, parece que las comidas vegetales, en particular las hechas con habichuelas y guisantes, pueden servir tanto como una base a largo plazo para perder peso y ser un hábito alimenticio sostenible”, concluyó.
