1 – Cool baths. Soaking in a cold bath removes heat from the skin and relieves pain and discomfort.
2 – Aloe Vera. Non-alcoholic moisturizers help with itching, especially aloe vera products, which are also helpful to apply directly to burns. Use antibiotic cream and sterile gauze wraps to keep them clean and not infected. Do not break blisters.
3 – Vinegar. Apply vinegar-soaked towels to the burnt areas for relief. You can also fill a spray bottle and spray it directly on the skin.
4 – Egg whites. If the burn is painfully hot, separate the white from the yolk of an egg and spread the white over the affected area. It will instantly help cool the burning.
5 – Potatoes. These are also often used to relieve the pain of sunburn. Wash two potatoes well, and blend them into small pieces with water. Use the potato juice to cover the affected areas. When dry, rinse the skin with a cool shower or bath.
