Bridge Pose

With the bridge pose you are thrusting your middle up, which feels great for your back. It’s energizing, rejuvenating and it stretches your whole body. It helps with tired legs, improves digestion and is even therapeutic for those with asthma, high blood pressure and sinusitis.

Extended Side Angle Pose

This pose helps not only stretch your back, but it helps with flexibility and helps ease low back pain and even sciatica. It stretches the groin, spine, waist, chest and lungs. It also increases stamina and stimulates your abdominal organs.

Plow Pose

This pose helps reduce back pain, but it also helps you get a good night’s rest.  It stimulates the abdominal organs and the thyroid gland. It also stretches your shoulders and spine, reducing stress and fatigue.  This pose can be therapeutic not only for back pain, but for infertility.
