Morning

Low-fat milk, three corn tortillas, half a cup of cooked beans blended with olive oil, one grilled chicken breast, two teaspoons of sour cream and a fruit juice.

Lunch

Grilled chicken breast, steak or fish, half a cup of rice or pasta, and fruit water.

Night

Instant oatmeal with low-fat milk and an apple.

As you can see, Thalía doesn’t starve herself to achieve such great results. Her nutritionist says that she’s never had problems with weight gain because she’s always known how to eat well. She even eats chocolate because she knows it has antioxidant properties that are packed with nutrients.

“Chocolate in her case, helped because the serotonin helps reduce hunger, and it even helps burn fat from her waist, which also helped her mold her small waist,” he says. Chocolate actually reduces the metabolic effects of stress, and dark chocolate also curbs cravings for sweet, salty fat foods alike.

In addition to healthy eating, she’s always working out. Thalía loves yoga, even though it’s difficult for her to continue a workout routine when she’s traveling and touring, which is why she has a couple of moves that she does whenever she gets some free time. Check it out:
