One of the most common signs of ovarian cancer lies on your belly. As we age, we tend to exercise less, move less, and many times increased belly fat can signal inflammation or worst case scenario: ovarian cancer. Unfortunately, women that are obese are three times more at risk to develop ovarian cancer.
According to the American Cancer Society, more than 20,000 women will get diagnosed with ovarian cancer this year and about 14,000 will die from it. Ovarian cancer is another silent killer and women that have a tumor growing inside them can often suffer from bloating, fatigue, constipation, and irritable bowel syndrome, which may not seem that serious at the time until they visit their doctor for a check-up.
