Getting your eyebrows tattooed is a growing trend and the latest celebrity to get permanently inked is Bella Thorne. The 18-year-old actress got a procedure done called microblading, which is a form of semi-permanent makeup. Thorne got her eyebrows tattooed in order to make the arch above her eyes appear fuller and thicker, in order to give her thin eyebrows a bit more shape.
