Adamari López is the first Latina ambassador for Aveeno and the best part is that she and her daughter Alaïa will be seen on new ad campaigns for the brand. The Puerto Rican presenter from Un Nuevo Día couldn’t be more excited to be working alongside her daughter and talks about what makes her feel beautiful.
She started out acting in telenovelas when she was just 6 or 7 years old and she wasn’t too much into hair and makeup until she was about 16. She remembers wearing a lot of makeup because she wanted to look older. She wore a lot of eyeshadow, bright lipsticks, long nails–it was the 80’s after all.
