Adriana Lima is 36 years old and she’s still strutting her stuff at the Victoria Secret fashion show. The Brazilian beauty recently debuted as the host of American Beauty Star on Lifetime and she’s sharing some of her favorite beauty tricks including the drugstore mascara she uses and a super easy DIY avocado hair mask.

Lima is always traveling which is why she always makes sure that she eats the right things and stays away from alcohol, especially during a flight. She stays away from drinking alcohol, especially salty margaritas which can cause you to retain water and in addition, alcohol causes you to stop digesting food. “I learned that from my trainer. It’s tough for your body to digest whatever you eat if you take alcohol. Your body kind of freezes,” says the supermodel to InStyle.
