1 minute Speed skater
30 seconds of pushups
30 seconds of plank
1 minute switch lunge jumping
30 seconds of up down plank
30 seconds of plank
1 minute jump squats
30 seconds L side plank hip raises
30 seconds R side plank hip raises
1 minute alternating lunges
30 seconds 2 point plank (alternating arms and legs)
30 seconds of plank
1 minute burpees
30 seconds of bicycle crunches
30 seconds of plank
