Franco Noriega, a New York City model and chef is in People en Español’s 50 Most Beautiful list. The underwear model turned chef became an internet sensation for his good looks and online cooking tutorials where he wears an apron and not much else.

“It’s just how I live,” he tells the Telegraph. “Go home, take my shoes off, take my clothes off.” He likes to cook without a shirt, which could be dangerous if you ask us, but we’re not complaining. He likes experimenting with ingredients and creating amazing dishes. “I’ve been cooking naked for the longest time, so I feel pretty comfortable chopping,” he says.
The naked chef used to be a swimmer, which explains why he’s comfortable in his skin. “I live like that. I swam for Peru when I was younger so was always almost naked–in my Speedos, anyway. And Peru is a hot country, so you wear fewer clothes.”

His parents owned a chain of restaurants in Peru, which is why he studied the culinary arts and get into the restaurant business. He uses his Peruvian roots to create amazing recipes and delicious recipes that won’t do too much damage to the waistline.

He opened a Peruvian rotisserie, Baby Brasa in Manhattan’s Lower East Side last year and business is booming and now he’s opening a bigger location in Williamsburg. As you can imagine, women make up the majority of his clientele, but who can blame them, tasty food and the chance to meet the hot chef, not a bad deal…
