Jennifer Lopez Is Motivating Us To Get Out And Work It!

While many of us were probably watching movies and eating New Year’s Eve leftovers, Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez were creating a PSA for health and fitness. The power couple was out at a stadium working out and Jennifer Lopez was killing it!

The duo was seen lifting weights, running up the stairs of a stadium, doing planks, burpees, bench pressing, and much more showing their fans how their hard work pays off. Jlo is very committed to her workout routine and rarely misses a workout.

“Sometimes when I get home and I’m not feeling so great, I make myself go to the gym. Then I come home and take a shower, put on a great outfit, some makeup, tie my hair up, and I feel pepped up and great about myself,” she says to Redbook.

She’s a fan of the Tracy Anderson Method and schedules sweat sessions with Anderson at least four to five times a week. Anderson explains to Byrdie that Lopez eats only organic food and never drinks any alcohol or coffee and even avoids salt and sugar as much as possible.

“It’s all organic and it’s all very well thought out, with the balance of very high-quality proteins and a lot of nutrient-dense food,” Anderson shared with People. “Everything is fresh. There’s nothing processed—just [protein powder] in a shake if we do a protein shake one day.”

We’re pretty sure that stay fit is not at the top of her New Year’s resolutions, we do admire her commitment and she’s inspiring us to get out and work it!
