Many of us remember watching Mario Almada films with our parents, or at least trying to get a glance at the TV because his films were too violent for kids to see. The legendary actor died October 4, 2016 at the age of 94 years old of natural causes, but throughout his film career which started in 1935, he left a big mark that no other actor will be able to fill.

The legendary actor did over 400 films and currently holds the Guinness World Record for being in so many films. Plus he had no plans to stop filming either. Just last year he was in talks with film director Bernabé Meléndez to film a new movie in his house.

At his house was where he would spend a lot of time with his family during his last days. “We had the pleasure of being with him during his last day today and we had a good time,” said Leticia Almada, his daughter. She says that the actor wasn’t sick, just felt tired the day he passed.

Thankfully, the day he died, Almada was surrounded with his family during a family gathering, he was happy, there was singing, dancing and everyone had a great time, until the actor said he was tired and went to his room, where he died.

“He laid down on his bed to rest and he left quickly,” said his daughter. “He left very happy because he always had the love of his family.”

The actor leaves behind 6 children and countless memories to his fans who love watching his shooting scenes where miraculously his gun would never run out of bullets. His movies are Mexican cult classics, but those that had the pleasure of meeting him, remember him:
