Looking this great obviously takes hard work, like eating right, but Ambrosio enjoys going the natural route. One of the benefits of being Brazilian is that they have so many natural products that they use not only for their health, but also for their beauty regimen. She loves coconut oil, “ I drink a lot of coconut water, which is super hydrating, and we use coconut oil on the skin, and avocado. I remember my mum putting avocado on our skin when we were kids, and putting coconut oil in our hair when we went to the beach. I grew up with it. “

Ambrosio has great flawless skin and she likes using serums with vitamin C and moisturizers with SPF. On days when she’s not working she doesn’t wear any makeup, which is a great tip. She explains that it’s a great way to let your skin breathe, since she wears a ton of makeup when she’s modeling and this is a great way to give her skin a break. She only wears a moisturizer with SPF on those days or a BB cream with SPF.

The Brazilian model does the “Brazil Butt Lift” and she loves pilates, Barre workouts, spinning, and even spray tans for that extra glow. She trains with Justin Gelband, which is the official Victoria’s secret trainer. Check out this workout:
