It's Back & Shoulder Day❤️???????? I find this exercise very challenging as there is constant tension on the muscles. This hits the front of the shoulders in s major way???? I'm doing Day 18 from my TrainWithLyzabeth.com on-line training program…. The sets for this exercise is: set 1- 25 reps, set 2- 20 reps, set 3- 15 reps, set 4- 10 reps, set 5- 5 reps… It's super settled with other shoulder & ab exercises.
