The Carolina Panthers win over the Arizona Cardinals this weekend clinched their spot at the Super Bowl 50 and it’s important to note that the Panthers are making part of Latino history. Panthers Coach, Ron Rivera, who is Mexican and Puerto Rican is only the second Latino head coach to make it to the Super Bowl. The first was Tom Flores, who by the way is one of two people (the other is Mike Ditka) to make history and win the Super Bowl as a player and as a coach.
