La Sonora Dinamita started the New Year with sad news. One of their band members, Carlos Argain passed away at the young age of 36-years-old due to complications with stomach problems.
According to his brother, David Alejandro, he went to a hospital in Mexico City where he was hospitalized for 2 days and on January 2nd he died. It took everyone by surprise since he was healthy and did not suffer from other illnesses.
His father, Lucho Argain and founder of La Sonora Dinamita explains that his son was very focused on his upcoming projects, that they were going to release a new album, and that he was working on various projects with the group.
We don’t know the exact cause of his death, but we do know that there are many deadly digestive diseases and other related stomach problems that people can die from. He will be cremated in Mexico City.
