Tips to Look Younger

Stop stressing: One of the things that ages people is stress because stress can give you wrinkles. It also has negative health impacts when stress chemicals are released into the body. Stress could lead to insomnia, weight gain, it impairs your immune and central nervous system, as well as it makes you look worn out and old.

Eat Healthy Fats: Eating less saturated fats and adding more healthy fats like Omega-3 fatty acids: salmon, almonds, seeds, could actually prevent visible signs of aging by reducing inflammation in the body.

Workout: It doesn’t matter what type of workout you’re doing, but make sure you are getting exercise daily or at the very least 3 times a week. Doing exercise releases endorphins reduces stress and anxiety.

Moisturize: Many men take moisturizing for granted and don’t moisturize their faces. It’s important to use moisturizer and one with and SPF sun protection, which makes your skin look healthy and with less wrinkles. If you still choose not to moisturize, then drink plenty of water and eat more healthy fats, fruits and vegetables that also help your skin stay young.

Drink More: Besides drinking plenty of water, you can also add tea to your list of healthy drinks. Green tea has antioxidants that protect you against cancer and great skin-moisturizing qualities. Drinking smoothies packed with fruits and vegetables and infused water also does great things for your skin.

Eat less salt: Eating too much salt can make you retain water, make you look puffy under the eyes, so limit your salt intake. While you’re at it, eat less sugar too because eating too much sugar can cause you to cause weight, which also puts a strain on your body.

Have more fun: Yes, you’re swamped with work, but  work will be there tomorrow. Leave your work at the office and spend more time doing things that make you happy, such as spending more time with your family and friends.
