Liver Spots? Age Spots? How To Get Rid of Them

For many years we’ve associated liver spots with old age and with the liver, but that’s actually wrong. Many people can get liver spots or age spots on their skin, especially on their hands, but it has nothing to do with liver problems. At one point they were incorrectly diagnosed and many thought they were caused by liver problems, which is how they got their name, but in fact they’re caused by sun damage.

Nobody really likes aging, but if you have to, you shouldn’t let an age spot reveal you’re over the age of 40. These ugly spots can appear in your hands, face, shoulders, arms, forehead and even on your scalp if you don’t have any hair there.
