Which Country Is The Happiest?

When asked what makes you happy, most people have to take a minute and absorb that question. A variety of things make you happy or unhappy because it’s a feeling that varies from person to person. According to the WIN/Gallup International’s Annual Global End of the Year Survey, Colombia is the place where most of the people are beaming with happiness.

According to the survey, 66% say they feel happy about their lives and 23% are neither happy nor unhappy, and a small percentage—10% say they feel unhappy about their lives. Colombia is the happiest country in the world with 85% net happiness.

For this survey over 66,000 people were interviewed in 68 countries, about 1,000 men and women from each country. The study shows that 45% of the world is optimistic for the economic outlook in 2016 and 54% believe that 2016 will be better than 2015, which is good that people have a positive outlook.

Other Latino countries like Argentina, Panama, Mexico and Ecuador are also happy countries landing the top 10 spots for happiest countries. It’s not surprising because Latinos are generally happy people.

What makes people the most happy? Close relationships, their family, their job, positive thinking, religion and good health are some of the things that make people happy, not to mention being grateful for everything good they have. What makes you happy?
