Luis Miguel’s Health Problems Are Finally Revealed

Luis Miguel is known for being very private about his personal life. The singer cancelled 4 performances in Mexico City last week due to health issues, but his fans were not happy when it took days to disclose details about his illness and he’s currently being sued for breach of contract.

Now we know that Luis Miguel has acute rhinopharyngitis, or inflammation of the mucous membrane of the nose and pharynx. Changes in the temperature, air conditioning and even people can cause the inflammation, which produces symptoms that can affect his voice.

In an interview with El Tiempo, the 45 year old singer revealed that he also suffers from Tinnitus, which is the ringing or buzzing in the ears. At times, he can’t hear or voices sound unclear. This condition often causes depression, anxiety and interferes with concentration.

Luis Miguel is scheduled to continue the rest of his tour during the next coming days in Argentina.
