One of the most talked about families are the Kardashian’s & the Jenners and behind the youngest two siblings, Kylie and Kendall is a Latina. Victoria Villaroel Gameros is Kylie and Kendall’s assistant. Villarroel is Venezuelan and she is only 23 and already is on top of her game, assisting two of the world’s most famous sisters, plus she’s also an entrepreneur.

How exactly does one climb up the career ladder so fast? Villarroel had a mission, which was to get into the fashion world and from the looks of her resume on LinkedIn, she did a great job taking the necessary steps to achieve her goals.

She started out at the Texas State University, then went to the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising and got an Associate of the Arts in Design and Visual Communications and even completed a fashion journalism course at the University of the Arts in London and in Madrid.
Villarroel didn’t stop there because now a day, it’s whom you know, not so much where you went to school. Employers want to see the experience, as well as education. She interned at a Public Relations firm, then at Vogue Magazine, which probably landed her an intern position at Jenner Communications.
Eventually she became an Office Manager at Jenner Communications last year, which more than likely got her closer to Kris Jenner, the momager, or mom manager to the Kardashian-Jenner clan.
A video of Kylie Jenner giving her a makeover recently went viral. Jenner is seen applying moisturizer to Victoria’s face and applying foundation with a makeup sponge. She fills in her eyebrows and completes her look with fake lashes and a coat of lipstick. Victoria also gets her hair crimped by her best friend, Anastasia Karanikolaou.
It’s a tough job, but someone has to do it. In addition to being Kylie’s assistant, she’s also the co-founder of The Court, which is a fashion blog.
