Enrique Iglesias and Anna Kournikova surprised their fans last night as the news circled social media that the couple welcomed twin babies. The best part is that they maintained the pregnancy a big secret for nine months because no one knew they were expecting.
The singer is 42 and Kournikova 36 have been dating for 16 years, which in celebrity years is a lifetime! They welcomed a boy named Nicholas and a girl named Lucy.
“I saw her beautiful belly,” said a source to People, who found out she was pregnant 5 months ago. The pair who is very private only told their closest family and friends of the big news.
In a 2011 interview with Women’s Health, Kournikova said that even though marriage was not a big priority for her, having children was. “I absolutely want to have children, either by conceiving them or adopting.”
