STEP # 1 Shampoo hair with WARM/HOT water to remove build-up
Wring water out of hair and apply treatment of choice
*in shower NOT TOWEL DRIED
STEP # 2 Wet a small towel and heat it up in a microwave for 1min. then wrap it around your head and add a plastic shower cap on top “moist heat therapy” opens the cuticle of the hair and lets treatment penetrate deeper
Leave on for 10min.
STEP# 3 Rinse out with cold  water to contract the cuticle of the hair and lock in the benefits of the treatment !!
MOIST HEAT THERAPY is most commonly used for rehabilitation purposes ,pains and aches!! same goes for hair that has been over worked with hot tools ,  chemical services and free radicals!!
*So when doing a treatment do not forget steps 1-3 and remember your thermal protectant when styling with heat 🙂
