There are so many things that can contribute to belly bloating, such as:

Indigestion: Many times we eat foods that give us gas, you feel full and bloated, you have heartburn and even nausea, this may be a sign in indigestion.

Gas or Flatulence: When you swallow too much air, the gas collects inside the digestive system, and digestive problems can lead to excess gas or flatulence. Eat slowly, there’s no rush.

Lactose intolerant: This occurs when your small intestine can’t break down lactose and it can cause many gastrointestinal symptoms.

Gallstones: These are hard deposits in the gallbladder that can block the exiting bile ducts. They come with abdominal pain, fever, itchy skin, and jaundice.

Fatty liver: This is when too much fat accumulates in the liver. The liver’s function is to process everything we eat or drink and filters harmful substances from the blood.

Hernia: This happens when an organ pushes through the muscle or tissue that holds it in place.
