3 Tips to Slim Down Right Before Spring Break
With spring break right around the corner, many of us are looking forward to warming weather at a sunny location. Especially Latinos, we love the hot weather and spending our breaks at the beach and getting a little sun. But, if you’ve picked up some bad habits this winter like eating too many carbs and lounging around and not exercising, not to worry. With these tips, you’ll be ready to lose those few pounds in just 4 weeks!
Drink a gallon: Get a gallon of water and make sure you drink all of it during the day. Keeping hydrated is not only good for your skin but if you drink lots of water that makes your body think you’re full, preventing you from overeating.
Morning workout: You want to look good in your bikini, so get a fresh start early in the morning. Go for a quick run outside or on the treadmill, then pair it some squats and push-ups so you could add muscles to those arms, butt, and legs. Don’t forget to do some sit-ups for some sexy abs.
Think green: What’s the point of exercising so much if you’re going to keep piling on the calories? Watch what you eat, increase your protein and make it a habit of eating something green/leafy at least twice a day. Lowering your intake of sugar will also help to keep the pounds off.
