Selena Gomez is the reigning queen of Instagram and the 25-year-old is always looking fit and fabulous, but she’s not a fan of working out. Like most of us, she admits that she’s horrible at discipline when it comes to staying in shape. One of the things she uses to keep fit is a burrito sweat bed, which sounds amazing!
“I’m one of those people who’s like, ‘Ah, I ran for five minutes. I think I’m good.’ Not the best, so I’ve been working with my trainer Amy Rosoff Davis for a year now, and when we started the tour, I really wanted to keep it up. I wanted to be healthy; I wanted to feel good. I just wanted to make sure I was the best I could be for the show and for my fans,” she says in an interview with Elle.
She takes her trainer on the road with her, which is a perk of being a pop star. Her trainer makes her do pilates or hikes, and she also has a sweat bed that looks like a burrito. She gets in there and sweats for about 45 minutes, which she explains helps her keep healthy and focused.
