Sweet and tart, this spring wine cocktail is made with juicy fresh pineapple, dry Chardonnay and fragrant green tea. Make ahead and keep chilled until ready to serve.
- 4 bags Allegro® Organic Himalayan Green Tea or Decaf Green Tea
- 2 cups 1-inch chunks Whole Trade® Pineapple, plus more for garnish
- 1 (750-ml) bottle Don Simón Chardonnay, divided
- 2 cups Whole Foods Market Blood Orange Italian Soda
Steep tea in 1 cup boiling water for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, purée pineapple and half of the wine in a blender until very smooth. Strain through a fine sieve into a large pitcher; discard any solids. Discard tea bags and add tea to the pitcher, along with remaining wine. Stir, pour over ice and top off with soda. Garnish with pineapple and serve.
