Mango Madness: Mango Agua Fresca

Mango Agua Fresca
This light, refreshing drink popularized in Central America is a terrific thirst quencher on a hot summer day. Agua fresca (Spanish for “fresh water”) uses more water than a smoothie would in order to flavor the water and not just purée the fruit.
