“La piel es una ventana a sus hábitos y estilo de vida”, dice Joanna Vargas a Health. Ella es una experta en la piel y dice que sólo se necesitan seguir 4 pasos para lograr una piel bonita. La primera cosa que tiene que hacer es limpiar su piel en casa con un lavado espumoso. Promete que si sigue estos cuatro pasos, verá una gran diferencia en tan sólo 2 semanas.

  1. Exfoliar

La exfoliación de la piel aporta muchos beneficios, como por ejemplo, “una mejora de la textura y tono, mejor absorción del producto, etc., pero asegúrese de que la fórmula sea suave”. Busque productos que contengan ácidos lácticos o de frutas, que sean suaves y menos irritantes para la piel sensible.

Una de sus cremas caseras preferidas incluye ½ taza de yogur natural, ½ taza de harina de maíz, y ¼ taza de jugo de toronja. Mezcle los ingredientes y deje enfriar en la nevera antes de aplicarla. “Esta suave combinación de exfoliantes físicos (harina de maíz) y químicos (yogur), defloca sin irritar”, explica Vargas. “El jugo de toronja es ideal para los poros de limpieza profunda, así como para el envejecimiento”.
