¿Puede Una Dieta Alta En Fibra Mejorar Su Salud, Piel, & Cabello?

La fibra dietética es esencial para una dieta saludable, pero ¿sabía que también es ideal para su piel y cabello? La fibra se encuentra en frutas, verduras, granos integrales y legumbres y se sabe que ayuda a reforzar el sistema digestivo, pero también tiene otras funciones. La American Dietetic Association recomienda que tome de 25 a 30 gramos de fibra diaria cada día, que es aproximadamente una onza. No parece mucho, pero en realidad, la mayoría de la gente sólo toma la mitad de esa cantidad.

Salud digestiva

La fibra es conocida por mantener la regularidad y esto se debe a que ayuda a aumentar el volumen de sus heces, por lo que mantiene el movimiento de residuos a través de los intestinos, que evita el estreñimiento. También ayuda a los probióticos, también conocidos como “bacterias buenas” al alimentarlas, lo cual mantiene su sistema digestivo equilibrado.
