Like most people, Vergara gets tired of the same type of workout and she likes to switch it up every 6 months. Right now she’s into boxing and one workout she doesn’t enjoy is CrossFit. “I can’t do a CrossFit or anything that I have to be jumping because I have very bad knees,” she says.

She loves her cake and even though she’s good about eating healthy, she enjoys eating sweets every now and then. “We have a lot of healthy things, but we keep a balance,” she says. Vergara adds that she tries to control herself during the week, but she treats herself over the weekend.
She also shares some interesting tips on how she makes sure she looks great on camera. She avoids salt the night before red carpet awards because salt causes puffiness and bloating. Vergara usually gets a facial the week before a big event, which makes her skin look great. The actress also carries a little magnifying mirror in her purse, just in case. One of her biggest beauty regrets is that she never put sunscreen on her chest and neck. It’s true because everyone always puts sunscreen on their face, but forget about other parts where your skin is exposed, which can cause wrinkles, sun spots, and freckles.
