Ingredients
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 banana
Instructions
1. In a blender, mix together all the ingredients.
2. Wash your hair with a clarifying shampoo. Towel dry hair.
3. Apply protein treatment mixture.
4. Cover hair with a shower cap and leave in for 10 minutes.
5. Shampoo lightly, making sure you rinse well.
6. Style as usual, ensuring that you use a thermal protectant cream if applying heat.
Use this treatment once a week, or as needed.
Keep in mind that everything you do to your hair will show. If you are indulging in curling, blow drying or using products with large amounts of alcohol, this can and WILL damage your lovely locks. Be wise and remember moderation is key. In order to get a different result one must do something different.
